While everyone should be happy with how they look, it’s not a crime to want to look better. For instance, many women are perfectly happy with the size and shape of their breasts but would like to make them a bit perkier.

It’s no wonder really, as time and gravity affect all of us – it’s simply not possible to look 20 forever. Add to that normal life event like pregnancy, weight loss, and weight gain, and you get a perfect recipe for collagen loss and sagginess.

Luckily, there are some things a woman can do in order to tone up her muscles and perk up her chest. These include certain exercises, massages, and masks.

Exercises

While there are no exercises that can *actually* lift your breasts, there are certain workouts that can help you tone your muscles and improve your posture, which reflects in perkier breasts.

Push Ups

Lie down on your stomach with your hands placed on the floor outside the shoulder line. Push your body up with your arms, making sure your back is straight. Get into plank position and then lower yourself down. Repeat the exercise 20 times and do 3 sets daily.

Arm Raise

There are two ways to do this exercise:

  • Press your palms together and extend them over your head. Place your feet apart and simply start reaching straight up with your hands.
  • While reaching with your hands up, do a squat. Keep squatting while pushing your arms up.

Repeat 20 times, with 3 sets.

Chest Press

Lie on a flat bench with dumbbells in your hands. Extend your arms, making sure they’re directly over your shoulders (your palms with dumbbells should be up). Lower the dumbbells until your elbows are at the shoulder-line, or slightly below them. Repeat 20 times, with 3 sets.

Massages

By massaging your breasts, you’re stimulating the supporting tissues and lymph circulation. Using coconut or olive oil, massage your breasts from inwards to outwards in a circular motion. Make sure you use enough oil (or cream), in order to reduce friction.

Masks

This mask will make your skin soft, firm and supple, as it restores collagen and elastin. You will need:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of Vitamin E Oil

Combine the ingredients by mixing them together in a small bowl. Mix until you get a thick paste.

Apply the mixture on your breasts with a gentle massage and leave it on for about 20 to 30 minutes. After the mask has done its job, take a shower or simply wipe it off with a warm cloth.
