What you need:
One tablespoon of ginger powder
Two tablespoons raw honey
One tablespoon olive oil
Two tablespoon flour
First of all, you have to mix well the raw honey with the flour. After you mix them, add the olive oil and the ginger powder and mix them again until you will get a smooth mixture.
How to use this mixture:
Put the mixture into a clean napkin and then wrap gauze around it. You can use this ginger wrap onto your back or your chest, so fix it in place with some adhesive tape. Keep in mind that adults can wear this wrap overnight, but when it comes to children’s, they should wear this wrap for only three hours before going to bed.
